My teenage grandson once told me he didn’t like to read because he wasn’t sure he was imagining the characters the “right way.” My short story collection, BONDS OF LOVE & BLOOD, might very well have that same effect on readers. The stories take place in locales as different as a farm in Maine, a mall in Ohio, a resort in Thailand, and exotic Istanbul.

Prompted by my grandson and thinking other readers might feel the same confusion, I created POSTCARDS HOME. It contains excerpts from the stories and illustrations of the settings and characters. Readers have told me that they use this book to decide which story to read next.
